Thats the problem at DTV, Peel dont want the traffic
So which is it - SWBKCB's "DTV doesn't get the traffic because it's not owned by Peel", or Northbound's "DTV doesn't get the traffic because it is owned by Peel but the Peel management don't want the traffic to go to DSA"?
