I have a Citizen Skyhawk, bought as a grad present from my family. Great watch, titanium and dual zone plus the "slide rule bezel" (which I never use), super light and looks great without being over sized and wanky. However, its major down fall is it wont do half zones, aka central time which is a gripe seeing as I fly in the NT.
So if your east or west coast only and want something "piloty" its a good buy, however my next watch will be a dual time G-Shock that does half zones!
