Hi !

PPL reduced to 39 Hours, two groundschool exams.
Yep, meanwhile I've read a couple of texts about accreditation,
requirements etc.

CPL given a dispensation of 50 hrs i.e. started CPL course with 105 hrs total Heli. Only one groundschool exam (principles of flight) which made life alot easier!
Right, that's exactly what I was looking for - less
groundschool/exams :-)
Also, I've checked out some other postings here in the
rotorheads forum and I did find yours as well -
in particular I found these postings pretty informative:

Check with Cash And Aggro about the ground school though, it is supposed to be changing soon with the implementation of bridging exams.
- As I couldn't find that much detailed information I have
also contacted about half a dozen of helicopter
flight school with my inquiries - from what I've read
by now it sounds pretty straight forward and easier
than I would have figured in the beginning because of the
amount of replies so far...
But there are indeed a couple of posting regarding
f/w <-> r/w conversion on pprune - may be a
FAQ on that matter would be nice ? =)

Just a theoretical question: IF the IFR-rating/addon from the
ATPL-A does also count for the ATPL-H - is it possible
to stay IFR-current by merely flying r/w ?
(it's really just theoretical)

E-mail me if anything is unclear.
Okay, thanks !

And if anybody still has anything to contribute - I would
appreciate any tips and info !
