Permitted with CASA approval. Virgin 737s (not sure if it's both 700 & 800) recently approved to conduct approaches without use of ground based navaids.
Pardon the French, but WTF is the benefit of being able to do overlay NDBs and VORs in Oz, where every runway likely to be used has at the least a proper GPS NPA?
