You can not just join this program. Do you understand this? You have to pay the TRTO for TR and they will assess and grade you during your training. Then you need to pass the different psychological assessments and be recommended by the psychologist.
Then IF they need pilots, Air Baltic and not the TRTO will
consider taking in line training students who meet all their criteria.
So there is no guarantee to join the program.
