Problem is, what if they have enough people already? You do your TR, pay lot of money for it. But they say "you didnt meet the standard", even those you did more then good enough.
It is sad how desperat people are to get a job in aviation. We cant blame no one but our self for where this industry is heading!
I agree. Doing things in this reverse order is very good for the TRTO but bad for all pilots.
What are people going to do with just the TR and no time on type?
