My issue however is that Kulula do not seem to have the ability to depart on time ever in my experience traveling with them
Which is the main reason I stopped using them. I also got sick of the 'Boksburg humour' as another poster aptly put it. I always felt that if they put more effort into reliability and less into stuff like this - funny as it is - they'd appeal to more people.
