@ Delt, Thanks for putting things into perspective, alot has really changed since our time as AB initios, i guess with the way things are done you do not really get the chance to air your concerns like we used to.
Anyhow i met a colleague who is in the union and he informed me that they are actually aware and are trying to find an amicable solution with the company's management, to at least ease of the burden on the new guyz.
I apologise if i caused alot of panic on here, i felt it was only fair that you know at the current arrangement things were in favour of the bank and not the cadets.
All the same, the union has got their hands on the contracts from the new F.O's who returned and are trying to get a way to get this sorted.
I will just wish you the best on your interviews for now, give it your best shot and hopefully we will see you on board soon.
