Spain as mentioned above, Hungary boo, Finland no way, France out of question, Greece: too poor to pay, Ireland: fighting with DAA, UK - murmuring, Belgium... silence right now, Poland: promising something with no further implementation, Denmark: still too expensive - and so on. They do like Norway, but the market is limited there, do expand in Portugal, but far from Lisbon. So indeed, where to base these planes?
