The same situation could just as easily exist anywhere, whether a turn is required or not. I'd be a tad concerned if there wasn't at least a warning about it in the company docs. It's easy to say that there's no need to survey beyond the legally required dimensions, but I'll bet that the phrase "
duty of care" would be uttered during the subsequent inquest!
