I've spent a bit of time trawling the forums and am hoping someone may be able to provide some information on working for Wideroe eg:
Do all newly employed pilots have to work from Tromso/Trondheim initially?
If so, is it possible to commute and does the company provide travel & accommodation during duty periods?
Is the only roster 7on/7off or are other options negotiable?
How long is the conversion and where does that take place?
What are the general employment conditions like and are they the best option in Norway?
Anything else that may help me in my thought processes
