It's to prevent unpleasant fumes from de-icing fluid entering the cabin via the APU.

Note: If Bleeds OFF take-off performance is required after de-icing, perform the ‘Unpressurized’ Take-off procedure, and ensure APU BLEED air switch is OFF.
