I'm kinda in the same boat myself, but just gonna push it as hard as I can to get commercial rated whilst still getting paid, then maybe take a leave of absence and have my job to come back to if it alls goes sour ... Made it to private/ir this far ...
Comfort Trap is a pretty good way to describe a nice office job you don't enjoy too much .... $$$ though
