Recently heard that the separation rate is returning to 'normal'. It will be interesting to see if it returns to very high levels if/when Bristow start recruiting again next year.
This might be the case, but the experience is leaving. Many guys are getting to around six-seven years, two deployments, and looking to get free of the crap. I mentioned to a friend that I would consider coming back as a reservist (not going to happen these days) and he told me it had changed for the worst even in the last 12 months. He is leaving in Feb for an EMS position.
