The first post picture appears to show NLG possible skid marks.
My thought, does the 320 TXFR to APU genny when it's up and running ?
Or I guess shutting down one engine during taxi will lead to a ELEC power TXFR ?
Airbus steering and disconnect box/module has a long history, am sure the final report will tell us.
