Yet again CX are trying to reinvent the fatigue wheel. Air NZ, Singapore and Massey University have done studies for 15 odd years on this stuff. I think SAS or one of the Scandinavian countries work on a Bio-Rythem fatigue model.

So the info is there but CX is different and they want to reinvent fatigue, make it that much harder to fly, make our lay-overs that much shorter, what the fatigue reports that much harder to fill in BUT safety comes first is the motto from Top Brass. Except when it costs money to do so. I have seen it in other industries..... aviation is nothing new.

CX could be a world leader in this industry (it once was) but they simply are just sheep now... they will follow the pack and won't be the Leader it once was.
