Charter West Africa (Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Cameroon)

Hello,

I'd like to enquire about chartering a small aircraft to fly from Annobón island, Equatorial Guinea to Libreville, Gabon or Douala, Cameroon or Accra, Ghana.

I'm hoping that somebody here can give me their advice.

Are these journeys feasible? Is any journey more practical than the others?
Which companies would undertake this work?
What would be a rough price for a charter in this region per return journey?

I'd appreciate any help you can give.
