I do not have any grudge against pilot assist .com ltd t/a pilot assist college.

Like many other people on these forums I am merely posting items that 'could' have future implications for other members. Surely this is the whole point of this forum. My comments are all fact. If this not what these forums are for then danny should close the site.

Any company listed as having accounts late for filing, have exactly that. They are all given ten months from the end of their financial year to send them in to companies house. Upon arrival at companies house they are barcoded the same day, as proof of filing has legal implications. Within a day or two the fact they have been received is posted on the web site in red. When they have been scanned in they are down loadable to anyone who pays their £ 4. FACT.

As a vat registered company pilot assist should maintain the books and records every three months FACT. They have now had 12 months to file accounts, but have failed to do so. This incurs a late filing fine FACT. There is only one way to aviod this, but this must be undertaken before the 10 month filing period. That would be to apply for an extention on the financial year and you can only do this once every five years.

And what the hell sept 11th would have on your ability to file accounts I dont know.

I wish all at pac the best for their aviation careers. . . <img src="eek.gif" border="0"> <img src="eek.gif" border="0"> <img src="eek.gif" border="0"> <img src="eek.gif" border="0">
