"It's a vicious circle about cost management and financial modelling. We can't still continue to test the market for lowest price we'll have a market where people will cut corners, and we'll end up with a very poor outcome."
Pretty well sums up not only the current Qantas management but, pretty much the entire short sighted KPI bonus driven management model that any company run by bean counters is determined to use as their own personal ATM whilst destroying people's lives and defrauding shareholders of dividends.
