In fairness to the media it is probably mystifying that CINC Air isn't the head of the RAF just as it must be that CINC Fleet isn't fishhead in chief...because with so many assets we need God knows how many 4 stars etc
...it's mystifying to me and I'm a fishhead with 'a fair amount of time with the crabs' under my belt.
