Basically, He has the wrong license, He is not a SA citizen and He is from the wrong ethnic back round!! Some people say that nothing is impossible if you work hard enough!! In this case they are wrong!!! Two of the three major factors here can be over come, however the third is where the door will firmly be shut in his face
