Apparently one of the constituents of the foam was sourced from ox blood ... which worked a treat on tomatoes ...
When I was fire officer at Seletar in Singapore people were always scrounging 5 gallon drums of foam compound from us to trail behind the boat when going shark fishing - apparently it was very effective.
