Have been monitoring this thread for sometime now and thought the following Vasta/McKinnon v CASA in the AAT was particularly relevant to what it is you've all been banging on about

It is a particularly long decision by Member Taylor but is very much worth the read especially when Taylor basically tells CASA and Qantas management to stop being so precious...utterly priceless!
