The US regionals are gonna get screwed.
The US regionals are as big as they are because so much Major airline flying was bumped down to them BECAUSE they have lower costs, largely due to paying such stupidly low wages.
If they can't get sufficient pilots because they don't pay enough- MAYBE they might consider paying enough!!
