Post 2009 he supposedly has no longer term memory of what happened in 2007. Now he mght have known, there again he might have forgotten. He might have intended to unpack his kit
which he hadn't packed and then again we know he didn't.
It is surely unsafe to assume he would have known something when he apparently does not know it now.
