Well I have decided to not go for aB after all. This is primarily due to the fact that I would be around 500h short of 1500h after the Line training.
I figure It's a safer bet to instruct for another year then do the TR+LT which will put me at close to 1600h total Time.

Im currently unemployed with all my ratings done looking to start at air baltic for the type rating and line training.
The lady i spoke today sounded very positive about being employed by air baltic for the line training and that is how i want to see things, because this investment is something big. it isnt just another MEP renewal...
anyone knows if this is true? that they are putting people for line training?
also, anyone knows anything about Alpha Aviation Group? apparently they also deliver type ratings but im not sure how it is looking regarding to the line training...

Of course they sound optimistic about employment. They want to SELL TR and LT on the hopes of getting a job.
Never believe a word a sales person tells you.
