Post 3 options, what to choose from? Argh!

Guys, help please...

Im a bit insecure about how to finish my flight training. I have done my initial training in the states, completing my PPL & IR & ATPL. I meet all the requirements for the EASA CPL.

So i need EASA CPL & ME Rating and conversion of IR. I have narrowed it down to 3 options:

Option 1:
Complete FAA CPL and then convert it at Diamond Flight Academy in Sweden: Diamond Flight Academy Scandinavia,
Total cost: About 16-17.000 GBP / 6 weeks
Pros:
- Double set of licenses
- DA42
- Many more hours since the FAA CPL req. is 250h.
Cons:
- only 15h. of flight time in Europe
- I dont know the reputation of "Diamond Flight Academy"

Option 2:
Do a full CPL & ME rating & convert FAA IR at Diamond Flight Academy in Sweden: Diamond Flight Academy Scandinavia,
Total cost: About 14.000 GBP. / 3-4 weeks
Pros:
- DA42 training
- done in 3-4 weeks
- Cheapest option
Cons:
- I dont know the reputation of "Diamond Flight Academy"
- How would my job option look like with swedish CPL from DFA?

Option 3:
Do the CTC Takeoff program at Airline Pilot Training | Flight Training UK | Cadet Pilot Training | CTC Wings ,
Total cost: About 23.000 GBP. / 10-12 weeks
Pros:
- Most professional provider
- EASA CPL from a trusted uk training facility well known around the world
- DA42 training
Cons:
- By far the most expensive option
- 10-12 weeks

Personally I really like option 3, but it is very expensive and im not sure that the extra cost would get me any closer to a job.

I Really appreciate any input
