His job is to ensure the smooth and safe functioning of the operation. On that basis, he does a very good job. If you were aware of the daily nonsense he has to deal with you would be far more sympathetic to him and his burden.
No, i'm not 'Henry', but I am aware of the daily frustrations he has to deal with. Just be glad there is someone in that job who has a conscience and a desire to do the best job possible.
