Quite frankly, anyone who is qualified for this and has ONE IOTA OF SELF RESPECT would tell them pay starts on day one, or no warm bum on the seat. By accepting such conditions YOU are bringing down the whole industry, and if you have the experience to get the position you should know better. If you don't, you shouldn't be allowed near a cockpit anyway for obvious reasons!
