EASA PPL(H) Syllabus - Spot the Difference

Just found the new PPL(H) syllabus summarised below, correct me if I'm wrong but something looks different to the JAR-FCL version. Can you spot the difference?

Although its not a major change, it is something we instructors have to be aware of. If this is what the UK is adopting, then at what point do ATOs and FIs have to start using it?
