I agree with Keef. I've use Proplan for about four years or so for UK and continental Europe, and found it excellent.

Do buy the annual update service. It's inexpensive and you get monthly internet updates of the database, which seems to contain very few errors. You also get new Proplan editions as and when they come out, free of charge. I have had three updates in the time I've used Proplan.

The publishers are also responsive to emails requesting help, pointing out database changes and suggestion for improvements.
