!Time Shareholders

Sorry to see another company go under while SAA get bailed out again.

My question is
HOW COME SHAREHOLDERS OF 1TIME ARE ALLOWED TO BE SAA STAFF MEMBERS - PILOTS,ETC

Is this not contradictory to business practices.
