Technically, ATA 100 no longer exists; it was terminated at revision 37 in 1999 and is now incorporated into ATA iSpec 2200.
Aero engineering students can read the full list of the old ATA100, including rotors, propellors etc.
here, along with a lot of other stuff on aeronautical publications and documents.
The current iSpec 2200 includes additional chapters covering extra equipment such as ECAM and so on; these are included in the aircraft lists provided above by Volume.

here. The full ATA iSpec 2200 is meant for commercial use only and costs US$1000 for a single user licence.
