How will 250 hrs + 1000 hrs bring you close to ATPL Requirement ?? One needs 1500 total time and mind you only half of your SIC (p2) time counts towards your ATPL experience requirements. ++ there are a plenty of unemployed kingfisher pilots with 500 - 1000 hours ++ on type experience on A320 and ATR72. ps. 1000 hours pay to fly ?? a 100 thousand US Dollar deal ??
