My bet is 2 weeks for 13th month, then 2 weeks or 6000 whichever is lower for discretionary... that way the lower salary staff still get their money and the overpaid pilots still get screwed, management gets a huge bonus for a job well done... I'm surprised they didn't put that in our CoS last time round...
