The CASA mission statement is totally wrong. Its meaningless: "To maintain Australias status??????????"
To be of any use, a mission statement has to state who your customers are, what you are going to provide for them, and how you will know you have succeeded.
If you get that right, then the business plan follows as easily as night follows day.
