The Ops Support man told me that the test NIS site was to have been available in July but was only available in late Oct!
gives no one time to get ready, work out issues and plan ahead. I suspect this is part of the reason it's been overloaded. Many, many folk trying to come to terms with it, transfer SPFIB & Flight Files, etc.
