Anyway to have a smoking flight in the U.S?
Without getting into too many details, does the U.S ban on smoking on flights within the U.S apply to only regularly scheduled airline operating under FAR 121 or does it include charter service as well?
If it applies to both types of flight, does it include foreign-based airlines when they are flying over U.S airspace?
