I meant getting a job offer without having to do any kind of tests again.Hence feb -3 months. You said that this 12 month thing applies for the personality tests? I remember a recruiting specialist telling us that especially those tests are very accurate and when the time comes for the upgrade assessment, the results than will very little differ to those at the beginning. So why the f
doing them after one year?
Let's say they will offer me a starting date for apr, that would mean that the new assessment would be on jan, right? considering the 3 months notice but than again I would still be in the 12 month period.
