There are at least 4 agencies offering the same terms and conditions for THY on both Boeing and Airbus fleets. The T+Cs are correct and you can expect the roster pattern 6/2 5/1 so commute is not an option. In Turkey normally there is no annual leave n the first year then it's 20 days, but you can " borrow" from the following year if they permit.
