Lufthansa currently allows only abinitio applications for their own flightschool. To apply for that you have to fill in the application form on that website. The phone number is only a hotline for questions about the application process. As far as i know they will not react on individual applications via email or snail mail.
There is nor current recruitment except abinitios for training starting earliest 2014, and therefore experienced pilots can not apply at all. Currently they have a surplus of pilots.
