Don't complain about the place to others working here, most are not interested. Get on with it or leave, don' t waste your time complaining, Some are happy to be here for a job.
If everyone was like you we would still be eating with our hands and be living in caves. When things don't work, a take it or leave it "moto" don't make you go very far. However bitching for no reason also
