Instrument Compatibility
I have to change my electrical oil pressure gauge. Its an older VDO instrument no longer manufactured and the usual suppliers haven’t had any for years.
If I fit a new VDO gauge, could anyone tell me if I need a new sender that matches the new instrument, or is there any chance that the original sender will work, thus just replacing the gauge itself?
