Without wishing to either build up false hopes, nor push people towards a P2F/low pay position. . . . a colleague just completing his 2nd Summer contract there has (with a couple of others) just been given a full-time contract, and most other guys (inc this years line-tng guys) have been extended to a date varying between Dec & Apr. For sure most of this is due to the fact that last years guys were so p1ssed off to be (yet again ! ) laid off over Winter that most of them said "shove it" when offered the chance to come back (rather than a sudden ability to organise/plan the future in airB
) but. . .nonetheless it is a little ray of hope for those contemplating the programme.
In case you hadn't noticed RIX had their first snow today (26th Oct) but don't let that put you off, plenty of warm pubs ( & warm/ cute fellow customers) to offset that
