I presume EI are completely withdrawing from Gatwick. What odds on them going to Izmir instead of Rome and putting pressure on the Charters in the process. Airports should stop welcoming new routes that are at the expense of existing ones. It gives the impression that an airline is expanding when they're really just stagnant if not contracting.,
Ryan thaught the same but have decided it won't happen mainly becasue it would be 10 hour return sector for EI.
When EI released BRU first it was Su, Mo, We, Fr. Now Thu replaces Wed. Now there is a gap on Mon, Wed (from a glace of EI schedule could be wrong) and Fri so the new route will be FRA. EI had the slots for those days last summer.
