He just paid to clear the issue of bounced checks that would have led to his arrest....
The agreement to pay the employees is just another promise to get them back to work...
Re-start the company is still a big ?????
Even if they manage to re-start the company, they will need to a 180 in poilcy & procedures to achieve a turnaround & turn operational profits to justify another round of borrowing......
Looking at the attitudes & body language of the mgmt, I don't think so....
It's a DISTANT PIPE DREAM...
To all the employees, find another job if you can. Jump ship when you get a chance. Even though it is late, it is still not too late....
If you can't, then at least you have a job, which just pay at all.....
