You can argue on the responsibilities but tomorrow if the white elephant is grounded then 1000's of Pilots and many 1000's Employees will be left alone with nothing to argue....... Never Expect that the Government will always Bail out Air India.. A day will come when the Debts will rocket high if it functions the same way as today......
What sounds like a threat to is just merely a dose of reality. The total no of employees in Air India are around 30K. Imagine the havoc this industry will go through when/if that day comes. And not just the pilots, but everyone is equally going to suffer.
