I cannot offer any info on PAN'AM Flight Academy. However, you can contact them at:

European Flight Training(EFT) have just started up in Ft. Pierce, Florda. After their approval on the 26th March EFT will offer full JAA CPL(A)modular courses including FI(A)(Instructor Rating).
I believe their web site is still under construction, but you can have a go anyway.

On a more serious note......The Question on the Starship Enterprise....I don't know, however, I will have a look in my CAA ATPL course notes for the answer. I'm sure I saw something about Dylithium Crystals in there!
