I received the same email and was advised that with the "selected on hold" status I'll be able to update the application. Actually they kindly asked to update it as they wanted to know was going on with us.
As I said before, I don't think that the change of our status to "under review" meant to allow us to update. Must be something else, what? No f
idea!
