Avro Anson Mk.11 had Jacobs engines, there were 1,832 of them built, 50 being supplied to the USAAC.
AnsonV were powered by Pratt and Whitney R-985-AN-12B engines. Numbers built, 1,050. I think the finned object is an oil cooler?
